The Vision
The land funds itself. The surplus goes back to the land.
Every year, Vancouver Island loads its non-recyclable waste onto barges and ships it across the Salish Sea. Communities depend on diesel for power. Watershed headwaters run through unprotected forestry land. OmniLand ends all three — with a WTE Plasma Forge, a 31,500-hectare permanent conservation buffer, and a self-sustaining arcology experience unlike anything built before.
🌿
The Land
45,000 ha of Vancouver Island's Hul'q'umi'num territories. 31,500 ha (70%) permanently protected — generating BC Climate Initiative carbon credits from Day 1.
⚡
The Infrastructure
A WTE Plasma Forge processing Vancouver Island's waste, feeding clean electricity to the BC grid. Phase 1 generates $25–40M/yr in industrial revenue from Year 2.
🤝
The Alliance
The rightsholding Nations are Cowichan Tribes, Snuneymuxw, and Lyackson First Nation. OmniLand's design intent is Nation equity participation and co-governance through a proposed JV structure, subject to each Nation's own process; engagement has not yet been initiated. Mosaic Forest Management is a target land vendor / landholder for the area of interest — no agreement is in place.
🌌
The Experience
Phase 5 delivers the full INSaiN-ngen arcology — a living world where guests enter a universe unlike any other. Powered by Ptolemy's Omni-Intelligence.
The Territory
"When the most ecologically rich island in Canada ships its garbage across the ocean, that is not an infrastructure gap. That is infrastructure abandoned."
$877M*
Illustrative two-phase, 7-year timber-revenue scenario on 30% development footprint. *Internal estimate; unverified by cruise or third-party appraisal and not counted as capital in the current raise plan.
